We provide a Fully Manage and Tenant Find Only fixed fee services to Landlords.

Fully Managed Service

This includes:

• Discussing your full requirements
• Advising you on the current rental market
• Advising you on your possible target market
• Advertising on our popular web site
• Local advertising where required
• Full colour brochure
• Erection of our To Let Board
• Identifying and interviewing prospective tenants
• Obtaining references including credit checks if necessary
• Accompanied viewing
• Drawing up of the tenancy agreement
• Collection of rent payable
• Holding tenants bond/deposit in a government backed scheme
• Rent paid promptly into your bank account via BACS
• Dealing with general tenant enquiries
• Arranging Gas and Electrical Safety certificates
• Regular property inspections
• Detailed Inventory with photographs
• Key cutting where required (charged to the landlord)
• Making sure that your tenant is settled in OK

Fees

Set up fee £199
Monthly management fee of £35 per calendar month

All charges are plus VAT when applicable

Tenant Find only

This includes:

• All advertising and marketing
• To Let board at the property
• Full colour brochure
• Drawing up the tenancy agrement
• Accompanied veiwings
• Identifying and interviewing prospective tenants
• Obtaining references including credit checks if necessary
• The tenancy is then handed over to you to manage and to collect the rent

1 months rent all inclusive

All charges are plus VAT when applicable
